These terms cover the use of this website. Work we do for a customer is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
What this site is
A description of services and a way to get in touch. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver. A proposal from us is a written document with your name on it.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but technology moves and details change. Descriptions of architecture, hardware, and timelines are indicative. What applies to your deployment is what we agree in writing after the assessment.
Your responsibility
Decisions about your own systems, data, and compliance obligations remain yours. We advise, we build, and we operate what we are asked to operate, but we are not your data protection officer, your legal counsel, or your regulator.
Content and intellectual property
The text, diagrams, and design on this site belong to us. Open-source components we deploy stay under their own licences, which we hand over with the deployment.
Liability
We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this website alone. Liability for work we perform is set out in the agreement covering that work.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to this website and to any dispute arising from it.
