No open roles. That is not the same as no interest.
We are two engineers who take on a small number of deployments at a time. Hiring before we can offer someone real work and real income would be unfair to them and bad for the customers we already have. So there are no vacancies on this page, and there will not be until that changes.

What we will look for when we do hire
Deployment engineers
People who are comfortable in someone else's data centre: Linux, networking, GPUs, and the patience to make a system survive without them in the room.
Applied AI engineers
Retrieval that actually retrieves, evaluation on the customer's own documents, and the judgement to know when a smaller model is the right answer.
Security-minded generalists
People who can sit with an InfoSec team, follow the argument, and write the architecture document that ends it.
