About
Two engineers who ship the thing, not a deck about the thing.
SRI came out of the same problem showing up in every project we took on: teams that wanted AI and were not allowed to use it. We had already been building software for these companies since 2017. Now we build the part their security team can actually approve.

The story
We are a two-person engineering shop. That is deliberate. The person who writes your deployment scripts is the person on the call with your security team, and there is nobody in between translating one to the other.
Our background is distributed systems, low-latency infrastructure, and data-heavy platforms, not AI demos. Local AI is an infrastructure problem wearing a machine learning hat: model serving, retrieval, access control, monitoring, and the boring operational work that decides whether a system is still running in six months.
We take on a small number of deployments at a time so each one gets real attention. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will say so on the first call.
How we work
Four things we do not compromise on.
A direct line to the builder
No account manager, no intermediary. The engineer coding your system is the one in the meeting.
Ownership over output
We are measured on whether the system works and gets used, not on hours billed or tickets closed.
Clarity over complexity
The simplest architecture that solves the actual problem. Fewer moving parts is a security property, not just taste.
It has to survive us
Everything is documented and handed over. You should be able to run it without calling us.

Next step
Tell us what your team is not allowed to do yet.
A 45-minute call. We look at your workflows, your data rules, and whether local AI is worth it for you. If it is not, we will tell you that instead of selling you a project.
Not ready for a call? Send the security brief to whoever has to approve it, or just reply to an email. All three work.
